The Parent-Daughter Planting Party is a fun and engaging event where girls ages 10-18 and their guardians can come together to celebrate Mother’s Day through creativity and nature!
Participants will get to:
Paint & decorate their own flower pot – Express your creativity with paint, colors, and designs.
Plant a beautiful flower – Learn the basics of planting and take home a special potted plant as a keepsake.
Enjoy quality time together – Strengthen your bond while working on a hands-on activity in a welcoming community space.

Where do you find information about what to do after high school and how to make it happen? Not just 4-year degrees, but 2-year community college, trade, and vocational programs? How to pay for any of that? Where to find scholarship and grant information? How to apply for scholarships and grants? Did you know that you can start preparing as early as 8th or 9th grade to increase your chances of success? You'll be introduced to information about each of these topics, including how to start preparing a "scholarship resume" and what your timeline should be. Reference materials will be provided.
