Ophelia’s Place is gearing up for its 20th Anniversary in 2025. As part of the year-long celebration, OP would like to invite former OP girls who are now adults to celebrate with us!

  1. Update your Contact Info With Us
    OP’s records may still have your caregiver’s address & phone number, but not yours. Please fill out the form below so we can invite you to future 20th-anniversary activities, including our annual OP Gala in October.

  2. Share Your OP Experience
    We love hearing from former OP girls who have moved on into adulthood to see how they’re doing! Consider sending us a testimonial about your time at Ophelia’s Place - a favorite memory, how it impacted your teen years - and about what’s new in your life today. Did you learn anything at OP that you’ve taken with you into your adult years? Include photos! - you as a teen, and your favorite photo of you today. Your testimonial may be included on the OP website, social media, at events, or in promotions.

  3. Be an OP Impact Story
    Participate in a video interview project! Sharing about your OP experience and where you are today on camera. Your impact story will be shared through OP’s website, social media, and other promotional materials. Our goal is to share the stories with current youth, families, and the community to inspire, celebrate, and encourage continued support. Space is limited - complete the form today to learn more.
