Culinary Creations offers a fun and educational cooking experience for girls, led by the talented Chef Vanessa. Through hands-on cooking classes, young chefs will explore the art of creating delicious and nutritious dishes, while learning essential kitchen skills, food safety, and creative techniques. Join us in creating memorable meals, building lifelong skills, and making new friends along the way! Facilitated by Vanessa Kempf

Cooking Flavors from West Africa | Eugene

With 17 countries in west Africa, there is a huge variety of foods to explore on this part of the continent. One famous meal is Jollof rice, and it has a variety of versions from different countries. We will be making the Nigerian version today.
