YAWOC (Young Amazing Women of Color) group, is a weekly girls empowerment group. This group focuses on the unique experience of being both a person of color as well as a young woman in our culture. This group serves as a space for self-identified girls of color to share their experiences, learn from one another and gain skills in boundary setting, allyship, advocacy and self-care. Girls will have the ability to connect with one another, have fun, and understand the challenges that are faced within our cultures. Facilitated by OP staff via Zoom.
