Self Defense for Beginners | Virtual

This workshop will focus on how to improve situational awareness, boundary setting, using your voice, trusting your gut instincts, and basic self-defense drills and techniques. Students will practice self-defense techniques using drills that are simple to learn – all in a fun, safe and encouraging atmosphere with highly qualified instructors! Workshop held virtually by RMA Martial Arts and Fitness staff.

Workshops and classes are one-time or multi-week activities for youth interested in learning and practicing new information and skills. Facilitated by OP staff and community partners. All materials provided by Ophelia’s Place. Suggested donation $10, or sliding scale.
