Stress levels are high for a lot of us right now! Join us for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens, an 8-week group designed to help reduce stress, learn coping skills, and practice self-care. This group is facilitated by OP therapists who teach fundamental and foundational mindfulness skills, and encourage teens to direct their attention toward what nourishes and fills them up rather than on what drains and depletes them. Participants must be able to commit to weekly attendance. Informed consent by legal guardians required for youth under 14.
