Stress levels are high for a lot of us right now! Join us for MBSR-T, an 8-week group aimed at helping to reduce stress, learn coping skills, and practice self-care. This group is facilitated by OP therapists who will teach fundamental and foundational mindfulness skills and encourage teens to direct their attention toward that which nourishes and fills them up rather than on that which drains and depletes them.
Participants must be able to commit to weekly attendance. Informed consent (guardian, if under 14) required.
