Body Positive Ophelia’s Place is an 8-week group developed for girls, non-binary, gender nonconforming, and gender fluid folks to gain support around body image and learn how to help others who struggle accepting their bodies. The group will help participants to reclaim health, practice self-care, cultivate self-love, find inner strength, and build community. Body Positive Ophelia’s Place uses the Be Body Positive curriculum – a program based in research and Health at Every Size.
