Developed for youth-serving professionals, The Stronger Than You Know Conference addresses the unique challenges that youth face while growing up.

Counselors, teachers, educators, social workers and other youth-service providers will learn the tools and resources to empower diverse groups of youth through a gender-specific and trauma-informed lens.

Session presentations: 

  • Acknowledge and address challenges of working with girl-identified youth
  • Address topics with a respectful, inclusive and youth-centered approach
  • Offer useful strategies to apply in practice when serving youth

The Stronger Than You Know Conference will prepare youth-serving professional to work with girls in: 

  • A school setting
  • A clinical/therapeutic setting
  • A recreation/after-school setting
  • Leadership (youth and/or organizational)

Non-clinical Continuing Education Units are available.
