Ophelia’s Place is a prevention-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping girls ages 10-18

make healthy life choices through empowerment, education and support.

At Ophelia’s Place we believe in girls’ strengths and encourage them to discover and nurture their gifts as they become young women. The goal of our work is to empower young women to make healthy, informed decisions about their many important life choices. By the simplest definition, we are a “community for girls.”  Our vision is that all girls are safe, valued and empowered.

Quality: We are committed to ethical practices that effectively provide the highest level of quality service.

Community: We have a community based on trust, teamwork, accessibility and the desire for social change for the purpose of improving our larger community.

Health: We believe in maintaining individual and organizational health through personal development and empowerment.
