Therapeutic Groups

Girls who might benefit from specific group support have the opportunity to register for a themed therapeutic group. These take place during after school drop-in hours and allow girls the opportunity to share their experiences and feelings with a counselor and/or staff member to facilitate discussion around these sensitive experiences.

Examples include:

  • Your Body, Your Sexuality
  • H.E.R. Group (Healing, Empowerment, Recovery): A Trauma-Focused Therapy Group

Please let us know if you would like to be added to a interest list for any of the groups listed above.
