Ophelia’s Place is a prevention-based nonprofit organization located in Eugene, OR dedicated to helping girls ages 10-18 make healthy life choices through empowerment, education and support.

Hours: .75 FTE (30 hours/week); requires some evenings and weekends
Salary: $50,000-60,000/year, depending on experience

• 19 days of paid time off (PTO) annually
• 10 paid holidays

• Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for medical expenses not covered by insurance

Position Description:
The Development Director’s key areas of responsibility will be increasing our donor base (both individual and corporate), while nurturing existing donor relationships. Tasks will include oversight of grants and grant writer, and fundraising events. The Development Director will report to the Executive Director.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrate significant experience and success in non-profit, development work
• Commitment to supporting girls make healthy life choices
• Belief in strengths-based, collaborative approach
• Commitment to self-care and appropriate professional boundaries
• Experience with Little Green Light and Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check, and a valid driver’s license
